These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cardian, an AI-powered SaaS platform for vehicle appraisal and price prediction. By creating an account or using Cardian, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Overview

Cardian provides valuation tools based on Machine Learning models and AI-generated interpretation. Results are provided for informational purposes and may change over time as markets evolve.

2. AI Estimates and No Financial Advice

All predicted prices, valuation ranges, and text feedback are estimates only. Cardian does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or dealership advice. You are solely responsible for any purchase, sale, or negotiation decisions.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or harmful activity.

4. Token Purchases and Billing

Cardian uses a token-based system to access selected features.
All token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Pricing and package structure may change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use Cardian to violate laws or third-party rights.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt platform operation.
Do not submit malicious links, harmful code, or deceptive listing data.

6. Intellectual Property

Cardian, including its software, model pipelines, interface, branding, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardian is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or perfect accuracy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the platform.
